1. Use alcohol to clean the headstone on which the stone plaque will be placed.

2. Place your plaque on the headstone and mark the positioning with a pencil.

3. Remove the paper from the tape on the back and position the plaque between your markings, pressing it firmly for about 2 minutes.

4. For the best results, use silicon caulking to seal the gap between the edges of the plaque and the mounting surface..
